Antonio Caloiero opened his first restaurant in downtown Toronto in 1967 after immigrating to Canada from Calabria, Italy. His sandwiches became well known throughout the city for their fresh tasting one-of-a-kind recipes using only the finest meats, ingredients, and delicious tomato sauce.

People from all over the city would visit the restaurant to try his famous veal, steak, and chicken sandwiches. After forty years in business, Antonio’s sons proudly opened two restaurant locations to continue their family’s heritage and father’s legacy.

Antonino’s (owner Anthony) will always continue their father’s tradition. Anthony expanded the business and introduced an authentic Italian menu which includes pastas, pizzas, panzerottis, sandwiches, salads, and much more.

The heritage and legacy of Antonio Caloiero will forever exist within the family and throughout the community with its timeless and authentic Italian recipes.
